Financial Policy
At Schiffman Oral Surgery, we make our best effort to inform you of all anticipated costs prior to your visits. Surgical fees are discussed at your consultation appointment, prior to surgery. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. You are fully responsible for all fees charged by our practice regardless of your insurance coverage. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept payment in the form of cash, personal check as well as major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards. We also participate in the Care Credit 6 month plan, which offers interest free and low-interest payment plans to those who qualify.
Insurance Plans
Our surgeons do participate with certain insurance plans, and work with many other plans on an out-of-network basis. Either way, we will work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures, and minimize your out of pocket expense.
